Keep the product at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, in the original packaging and tightly closed after use. Acid/Alkaline Ph Balance

The ideal time to test is first thing in the morning before eating, drinking, or brushing teeth.
Tear off a 3cm strip of paper.
Gather some saliva in your mouth.
Drop some saliva from your tongue onto the paper to moisten it.
Wait approximately 1 minute.
Compare the colour of the wet paper to the pH scale on the front of the dispenser or the side of the box. Record your readings.
The pH scale on your OCEANMILK® pH Litmus dispenser is marked from 4.5 to 7.5 Any number below 7 means that the sample you are testing is on the acid side. Above 7 is alkaline.
The lower the number, the more acidic the pH reading is. Seven indicates a neutral state. Therefore, neither acid nor alkaline.

Saliva readings should ideally be 7.5pH indicating healthy, slightly alkaline extracellular fluids.

paper on your tongue. You will wash off the chemicals and leave a
slightly unpleasant taste in your mouth. Please do not over-saturate the
paper with saliva.

Concentrated Minerals and OCEANMILK® for some time?
Please ensure that you are not drinking sparkling water or fizzy drinks.
Your water filter may also have an “Ion Exchange Resin”. This will
cancel out any minerals in the water that you are drinking.

Some foods need stomach acid for digestion. Non-ionised forms of Calcium and Magnesium may be difficult to absorb, therefore needing gastric acid for digestion.

 

As we get older our bodies do not produce excessive amounts of gastric juices. Bio77TM Concentrated Minerals and OCEANMILK® alkaline minerals are already ionised and will not need these acids for digestion.
