Interactions Between Minerals
The full compliment of 77 Minerals and Trace Elements are present in Bio77. Ideally, a full spectrum of minerals should be taken for optimal absorption. Mineral deficiencies and excesses can inhibit the absorption of other minerals. The lines connecting minerals on the chart indicate that one mineral alters the absorption, metabolism or excretion of the other.
All minerals on the diagram are affected by at least one other mineral, and Phosphorous interacts with at least 10 of them.
