The most important thing is to stick with it! I am a fitness instructor, comrade’s marathon runner and triathlete. My husband and I have won the Argus mixed racing tandem event 3 times. As a dedicated veteran runner, I always try to apply science towards my running. My training is carefully planned and my progress is plotted in daily updated graphs. I have been an asthma sufferer for 29 years with pain in my chest. I have used an inhaler all of this time. I used to wake up at night with a tight chest and use my inhaler to help me breathe more easily. My heart was enlarged, with a murmur, irregular beat, a leaking valve and high blood pressure. The doctor at the hospital told me that I would need an operation soon to save my life. Heartburn and painful joints

I have suffered from heartburn from the age of 8. That’s 40 years of suffering! Heartburn and pain in the big toe

My wife and I are both turning 70 during the next year. We have been using OceanMilk® daily for more than 30 years. The few times that we have gone without OceanMilk® was probably not more than 14 days in total and happened when we ran out OceanMilk® on holidays or weekends away.
